I would like you to improve the cleaning a bit. Even after cleaning, there is still a lot of trash left.

Looks like an old hotel renovated to be good and new. Lobby is very nice and pretty with aquariums and drive-through lane which make an easy pick-up/drop-off. But room is decent. Worth the price. Location, less than 1km/ walkable to phuket old town (crowd center and michelin star restaurants). Across the street there's one of the best restaurant in phuket, 1000009 restaurant, must try!

Very nice and quiet place to stay.

Staying in room 314, the sound of people below talking Laughing loudly until 3 a.m. before going to sleep, the room doesn't keep sound at all. The bed can move. Bed wheels do not lock Going up to sleep, the bed flows when we move. Old hotel renovated Not suitable for the price

I have an amazing time here, the hotel is way more beautiful & fancier than in the pictures. I didn't expect much at first but it's super nice and the staffs are really helpful with my requests! And the price is just unreal w the service you receive, plus it's literally in the heart of Phuket Old Town so very convinient! Definitely gonna stay here again when I'm back in Phuket 🌹

The hotel is very cute. There is a minimal smoothness. The price is very good. I recommend it.

I chekc in early but room not ready, so I told the front desk will be back at night, ask for her help to arrange my luggage to my room once it 's ready. But until I reach hotel at 10pm, my luggage still at lobby. When I ask the front desk staff, he seems know nothing and answer me"no bell boy for whole day"to me, this is totally ridiculous by giving customer an answer like this. Myself and friend won't be coming back to this hotel in future. And I won't recommend to anyone that I know. Hope they can have improvement soon.

Shower is not strong. Bed should not be movable.

This is my second time staying here but this time I booked online and use the discount coupon. Not sure is this the reason that they gave me the old room. The new one is different by a type of room floor. (While I made a reservation, it shows me the pic of new room, not the old one.) Also, I booked for 2 rooms and checked in at 3 pm. They assigned me to the rooms on 5th floor. And both rooms are still not prompt to accommodate. The housekeeper is in there and still changing a pillow case.

Great location and accommodation

Clean and value for money. The food at the roof top Chinese restaurant was quite good as well.
