Stayed at the hotel twice in 2023 and 2025. Everything was great. The room was very satisfactory. There are many restaurants and local markets around. The train station right next to the hotel is the best plus point.

The hotel is quite clean, the check-in staff is friendly, I was upgraded to a higher room for free. But note that they will charge 500 baht if I check out late, so everyone should pay attention to avoid losing more money. The location near BTS is very convenient. When checking out, I met an old lady, so I was annoyed. Even though I accepted to charge an additional 500 baht, she still had an unpleasant attitude and frowned. Otherwise, it was ok.

Actually this isn't my first stay at The Heritage Silom. It's my 3rd stay, but turns out it was my terrible experienced since the bathroom so freaking dark, there's no proper lights, and also they are using blue film sticker on bathroom glasses, and the toilet was dirty, the hot water didn't run properly, smells bad, everything's such a disappointment to me. Hope they can improve their quality and services, since the location is top notch! Such a bummer

Check-in time 16:00 on December 14, booked a single bed but the hotel provided a double bed. When asking, an old female staff member said that the room was full and that it was not booked. She clearly looked dissatisfied. The deposit must be paid in cash only and would not allow scanning to pay. I am not sure if this is the hotel manager or the hotel owner. Please help improve the service urgently.

Staff not friendly support, air conditioner is very loud

Room spacious with balcony. Hot shower didn't work even after telling them a few times to check on it. Location, pool, small decent gym good.

The room is too old, not cleaned properly. They gave me a bigger room but it has not been used for a long time and is not cleaned properly. There are cockroaches on the floor and the wooden lines. And the ceiling leaks when it rains. I contacted to change the room but they could not change it. 5 days of staying there was like torture for me. The cockroaches kept rustling and I could not sleep. Please let the cleaning team come and clean every corner.

There were cockroaches in the room, the carpet smelled bad, and I didn't get the room I wanted because there were other guests staying there, so I got a room that didn't meet my specifications.

My room had mice, then the staff had to come up but only covered the hole to prevent mice from getting in.

Near BTS Chong Nonsi, near the entrance of the alley, shops and restaurants are right next to the building, and most importantly, the room is spacious and very comfortable.

In the bathroom there were small cockroaches, the shower was dirty, the soap was not refilled, the bed sheet had stains, there were no aminities, you had to request a small towel. Housekeeping had to be requested several times before it was done, it was a bit impolite when they wanted to clean the room because they immediately opened the room key & went straight in. The front desk is not friendly, always answers curtly, never greets/smiles. The hotel is old & poorly maintained.

A good place to stay when visiting Bangkok. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room and bathroom are ok and clean, but there are no travel toothbrushes. Near a local food court (recommended), foot massage, shampoo and 7/11 (a bit small). Right next to BTS Chong Nonsi, easy to go to BigC, Central World or other central areas. Score: 9/10

The hotel is near the center, convenient for travel. With cheap price and convenient location, don't expect more. You should bring your own towel and toiletries. The hotel's amenities are not very clean. You should not go on the floating market tour the hotel recommends because it has nothing or is boring and expensive.

The one and only plus is the location which is great and near train station and 711. But the rest is unecceptable as the air condition doesn't work well, lot of dirty spots in the corner, the room light is terribly bad, the bath towel is freaking dirty, the smell is really bad, no slipper, no toothpaste, very poor sound insulation. The room I book vs the room I received are too different. We have the wifi routter in the room but the internet is still terrible. We paid the room charge before the trip but still have to deposit 1000Bath, very inconvenient!

The only plus point is that the location is quite good because it is located right at the BTS station, so it is easy to move around on your own and visit by BTS. However, the room is a bit old, the furniture is bad and not very clean, the air conditioner in the room is noisy. quite noisy. Staff are not very friendly. If you choose a hotel just for convenience of transportation, it's ok, but if you choose to stay comfortably and enjoy, you should consider it.

The room smells damp, the mirror is broken, there are no slippers, no razor, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, in general not too many amenities.
