พนักงานตอนรับหญิงแย่ ลูกค้ายืนรอหน้าเคาเตอร์ตั้งนานไม่ออกมาถาม จนต้องเรียกพอถึงออกมาแล้วมาบอกเป็นนโยบายโรงแรม มีการบอกว่าถ้าลูกค้าถ้าไม่พอใจให้คอมเพลนได้เลยคุณจองแอปใหนมา พนักงานปีนี้แย่มากๆไม่เหมือนปีที่แล้ว

มาพักครั้งนี้ครั้งที่2 คราวนี้พักชั้น4เปิดห้องเข้ามาตกใจเลยนำ้เปียกเต็มห้องเลยได้เรียกพนักมาทำความสะอาดใหม่วันที่2พนักก็ยังทำความสะอาดแย่ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูถุงขนมที่กินหมดก็ยังอยู่ที่เดิมสรุปคือทำความสะอาดแบบลวกค่ะไม่ผ่าน

ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ เพราะไม่ได้นอนเลยเสียงร้านผับร้านคาราโอเกะข้างๆดังมากกก สั่นไปทั้งห้อง ห้องก็เก่าไม่มีอะไรให้เลย ชา กาแฟ เครื่องเป่าผม ไม่มีสักอย่าง ที่นอนผ้าห่มก็แข็ง ผ้าห่มก็ไม่สะอาดเป็นคราบเหลืองไม่รู้ว่าได้ซักหรือเปล่า ผิดหวังมากๆ
