Type of room: Premier Room (Connecting Rooms) We had a very inconvenient stay for 3 nights. We wanted to cancel booking and go to another hotel but they told us to deal directly with the application. The room was in bad condition. Pool of water in both rooms on the floor from the AC, as we entered the room on day 1 itself. We complained and the staff just threw some towel on it. Due to that the room was moist and damp and smelly. That night at 11pm after we complained again, they changed our rooms because the smell got bad. Despite the change of rooms air conditioner in new room was still not working. Room was hot and not comfortable at all. At 2 am maintenance had to be called in for repairs. At 2am they assessed the compressor at the balcony through the window giving us sleepless nights. Again they told us to change the room as it could not be repaired. It is easy for them to keep changing our rooms but it causes so much inconveniences to us to pack and move our things over and over again. Rooms were not clean with hair on floor. Heater was not hot enough and we had to bathe in almost cold water. Staff at the counter could not communicate with us even in simple English. We couldn't get much help on getting info on Hatyai or nearby whereabouts. Breakfast had very limited choice. Sadly, a few packets of cashew nuts I bought as gift for my friends and relatives were missing. Only realized it upon reaching home. Did not notice it earlier as I bought 3 plastics full of goodies. I'm seeking for refund for both rooms for all the inconveniences we had to endure making our holiday very unpleasant. Photos has been submitted in the other review.
