The room is spacious, big bed, comfortable bed, good privacy, no jelly, but for those who are going to have no parking If you take a motorcycle, there is a parking space in front of the hotel and the bathroom does not have a water hose. If there is, it will be very good.

The room is clean. Lovely receptionist. Can ask for anything. Security guard. Kind housekeeper The first night I arrived late and got the air conditioner room not cold. In the morning, come to request to change the room along with packing. As for me, we hang out The bathroom is well separated. Only complaints. The toilet has no payment lines. Therefore causing the bathroom to have a bad smell.

Only good. The bathroom doesn't have an injection hose.

The room is good, clean, but no payment. The housekeeper knocked the alarm door from morning to ask if it was clean or not. Informing the staff about the housewife coming to knock on the door to wake up early, but not to say anything.

When you want to check out, we leave the suitcase at the reception, but when we depart from the airport to the airport, the luggage left behind and the hotel until now, after being emailed many times, just answered, and the answer is unclear, emailed again, it's been 2 days , msh hasn't replied yet. It is highly recommended that you leave the suitcase in the trunk. Because the hotel reception did not provide the best service at all. It does not help checking whether the guest luggage has been carried away or not, because at that time the suitcase was beside the reception desk. A pretty disappointing experience.

Good hotel, large and clean pool. I took a deluxe room, close to the beach, just walking. Breakfast is less varied but still quite okay. WiFi is fast.

The accommodation is very beautiful, like in the picture, the pool is good, the bathroom is very big. Hotel is good and clean also big rooms and 10 min walking to karon beach. I think will be comeback here again when visiting phuket anymore.
