Medium service When checking in, the staff spoke with little respect for the customers. The room is a bit small if compared to the price. Very little breakfast. Beautiful pool. Overall good.

The staff speak good, the service is very good, the hotel is very clean, the pool is beautiful, the beach hotel has a beach chair free of charge. The buffet breakfast is all delicious. As for other food items, the price is the same as the outside. The room is clean but the disadvantage is that the standard room is not soundproof. The sound of people walking up and down can only hear the closing of the door. I was shocked to open the door. I can hear people beside the room. Losing only one thing, outside is all good But all other rooms are good as we reserve the room Garden View for 2 more nights
