Breakfast location is very small, very noising not sound approve from room to room. To crowded. I defiantly not stay in this hotel anymore.

Whenever we look and travel for staycation. We make sure that the place is baby/kid proof, and Seda Nuvali didn't disappoint. The place has a carpeted room, a kiddie play room, an adult game room, and a swimming pool, which my kids enjoyed.

Friendly hotel staff. Room and pool are clean. TV cable is not working properly, it gets disconnected every minute and the mini ref too. Overall, we had a great and relaxing experience.

Good points: clean and comfy rooms. Big and fun pools. Very helpful staff. Fast checking in and out. Points to improve: food at breakfast buffet, breads too dry, viands bland, not really good food

Service is not like a 4-star hotel in general, stayed 1 week there, the maids were not friendly, room cleaning had to be asked first not to be automatically cleaned like other hotels, the rooms were the same type but different, (I ordered 2 rooms with friends) I asked to be the same all the services, no response, mediocre food, not many choices, dirty glass windows like they've never been cleaned, next time I think I'll think again if I want to go there.

Location is great. Friendly & accommodating staff. We enjoyed our stay. The good part is, they allow kids in the hotel as long as they are accompanied by adults.

Our nth times to visit this place with my family. It is a short escape from the busy city life. Thank you for accommodating my request as well. Our room has a perfect view for the Nuvali Team Lab water show. They have an going expansion to cater more guests in the future. Keep up the good work and God bless

Clean room, great pool area for kids, good food except on club lounge, not enough food for snacks

I had an awesome time during our stay at Seda. I just wish the couch was cleaner and that the robes were new. It really looked and felt so old when I wore it. Seemed like hundreds have already worn it. But that’s just me nitpicking. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was delicious - there were lots to choose from. Will definitely book a room again at Seda.

Room is spacious as well as the king size bed. Staff were accommodating.

All my request was turned down. First connecting room wasn’t available, next if room can be adjacent still not available. The following day morning, requesting for table for 6 for breakfast again not availble. Four of my family members seated in one table and my husband and I was seated on the other side.

Great stay. We are frequent hotel staycationers and seda nuvali always ranks in the top tier of hotels in the Phils.

The staff was great! Breakfast was just ok.

View was very nice!!! Loved the Lake View so much ☺️ Staffs were accommodating and polite. Room was spacious and neat. My kiddos and hubby love all the area at the hotel especially the gameroom and the pool. Food was great! And lastly, location was awesome coz the mall and park are just across the street. We’ll surely be back for another staycation on this hotel ☺️
