Very satisfying staying here.

Clean room, friendly staff and hotel close to Pratunam, Platinum, December, BTS and very good breakfast 👌 highly recommend

strategic location, clean hotel, friendly staff...only the twin rooms are cramped...otherwise it's ok...for the price it's standard...lots of places to pass by, transportation is ok...we didn't try the breakfast

Hotel Metz, instagrammable, beautiful and hygienic, similar to hotels in Japan. Strategic location close to public transportation, both buses and BTS. Walking distance to Pratunam and Platinum markets. What's amazing is the friendliness of the staff, offering breakfast, taxis to the airport, and luggage storage. You must stay here if you go to Bangkok.

My first time trying to stay at this hotel. So Far So Good. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The shower water is very strong and runs well. The room is spacious enough for me who is only with my husband. The location is next to the laundry so you don't need to be confused if you want to do laundry. And also next to a comfortable massage place too. The location is with Pratunam Market, Platinum, and December. 🤍.

Clean comfortable nice… friendly staff. All towels are very clean. Cold refrigerator.

During check in and check out, we got complimentary drinks. The room was quite clean, hair dryer was also provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious 👍 the orange juice was fresh 🫶🫶. The location is quite strategic but not noisy either. So far, I'm quite satisfied while staying here 👍. It would be even better if a buggy or shuttle was provided to certain spots 🤭

Highly recommended, the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly, the food is all delicious and the distance to Pratunam is very close.

The staff is not responsible, none of the plugs work, the staff is very unfriendly, crazy or come tired at 10 pm and are rude, I won't stay there again 😓😵 ‍ 💫.

The hotel is clean, the location is very strategic close to the food street, the waiters are friendly, the rooms are also complete even though it is a small shophouse class hotel. Very suitable. To be alone. Not recommended for families because the hotel is very strict for those bringing children or more than the 2 person requirement.

The staff is friendly and nice. 10 to 15min walk to pratunam fraction mall. Hotel is okay. Just that the lift waiting quite long as only 1 lift.
