The female receptionist provided very bad service, looking down on us and shouting at us. However, when talking to a foreign customer, she spoke very nicely and her tone was completely different. While waiting to check in at the reception, I heard the receptionist gossiping about other customers. When working in service, you should work wholeheartedly, not as if you don't get paid. We paid for the stay, we didn't ask for a free stay. As for the room, we booked a double bed, but when we got there, we got a single bed. When I called the staff, they told me to contact the app because the app didn't provide complete information. The building has no elevator and the corridors have no lights. It felt a bit creepy.
