The check-in process took a long time, we had to wait around 25 minutes to enter the room, even though we arrived at 15.30 in the afternoon, the reason was that it was being prepared (it should have been ready at 14.00, right). When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, in the room too. But the room is spacious, there are 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, kitchen, drinking water and complete kitchen equipment. Bath soap, shampoo smells good. There is a bath tub. Connect to Lotte Mall from the 2nd floor. Breakfast was not good, the fried rice was dry and when it came, I was offered eggs/omelet, I said I was in a hurry, if it's quick, can you make an omelette, I waited for 15 minutes, I asked for eggs Where I was, and they were delivered sunny side up eggs, I refused because I didn't order them, so I ate warm eggs. When I finished eating (I ate quickly, 5 minutes), the omelet arrived, I also refused because I had already eaten and had to leave immediately. Suggestion, please improve the service, especially for check-in, breakfast and breakfast service (don't be offered eggs if it takes a long time). I've also told the check-in officer and the staff at the restaurant.
