Staff are friendly and helpful - full 5-star service. Easy access to the mall. The room is large and clean. However, the AC is very noisy, the water dispenser is half broken and cheap quality. The kitchen in general is not clean, including the utensils.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently had a staycation with my family while my husband attended an event near the hotel, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mba Erika at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Her hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room service was also exceptional, promptly assisting with anything we needed, including replacing the smart TV and other requests during our stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch and complete, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Another highlight is great city view, the strategic location, conveniently close to a shopping mall, which made exploring and dining out effortless. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay especially for family!

Highly recommended for family staycation, the facilities for children are really good, the friendliness of the staff should be improved and what is already good should be maintained.

verry nice experience, we are verry happy nd satisfied will all the services and the facilities. Impressingly the Kitchen sets is almost complete and it makes all cooking activity feels like home. Tips for other guests kindly note that the 2 bedroom Executive room type have no Balcony access even though the room size is bigger compare with the Premier room type. Originally i was looking for balcony room but unfortunately i just missed understanding about the room type. but overall no regret at all, and very recommended especially for family and Kids friendly. 😍😍love it and thank you.

I asked for an upgrade to 2 bedrooms for 2 nights, informed the upgrade price was one million by the SITI receptionist, I immediately agreed and paid it. Then in the afternoon suddenly I got a call as if I was being asked for a debt, that I only paid for 1 night and had not paid for the second night. I felt like I was being cheated

Friendly and polite staffs. Smooth Check in/check out. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything is good except there's loud pump sound every now and then. If you are a light sleeper, you will be affected. There's also awful smell from the sewage at times. Not sure if it's just my room problem. Overall it's a convenient and nice place to stay and I may stay there again.

The check-in process took a long time, we had to wait around 25 minutes to enter the room, even though we arrived at 15.30 in the afternoon, the reason was that it was being prepared (it should have been ready at 14.00, right). When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, in the room too. But the room is spacious, there are 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, kitchen, drinking water and complete kitchen equipment. Bath soap, shampoo smells good. There is a bath tub. Connect to Lotte Mall from the 2nd floor. Breakfast was not good, the fried rice was dry and when it came, I was offered eggs/omelet, I said I was in a hurry, if it's quick, can you make an omelette, I waited for 15 minutes, I asked for eggs Where I was, and they were delivered sunny side up eggs, I refused because I didn't order them, so I ate warm eggs. When I finished eating (I ate quickly, 5 minutes), the omelet arrived, I also refused because I had already eaten and had to leave immediately. Suggestion, please improve the service, especially for check-in, breakfast and breakfast service (don't be offered eggs if it takes a long time). I've also told the check-in officer and the staff at the restaurant.

Although I only stayed for one night, I was absolutely happy with the facilities they offered. Located in South Jakarta with easy access to Lotte Mall, they also provided great services, so there 's no need to worry about that either.

Well services, staff hospitality were enormous, if I have to say, the only thing that just lack maybe were the breakfast menu, I don't know if it was just my own preference, but the variation just quite lack. Beside that, I had a perfect stay with my family. Thank you.
