Nice location and easy to get everywhere. Nearby MRT plaza Rakyat.

AC not cold. I already requested the AC to be cold but it didn't.

The staff is a bit unfriendly, the room is dirty, the location is okay because you can take the MRT and it is close to Petaling. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The carpet in front of the room looks like it has never been cleaned. Even though the location is quite strategic.

It's really cool, great and the service is very good.

Friendly staff, can leave bags/suitcases until evening, because the return flight is at midnight.

The hotel is right in front of the bus terminal for those taking the bus from KLIA to Bukit Bintang.

hotel/reception staff are very helpful during late check in or when asking for something, very responsible. spacious room and complete amenities.. good and highly recommended. hotel area is near Petaling Street/China town and Telpat Kuliner Alor street and Sungei Wang..

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Usually, 3-star hotels provide good facilities and good staff, but not this one. This is even worse than a 2-star hotel. The local Indian receptionist was very rude; when I requested an extra pillow, he refused to give one and said I needed to pay extra. Usually, other hotels, even 2-star ones, provide this for free. I had to carry my own luggage and put it in the storage room myself; no staff helped. All staff were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I really hope the hotel owner sacks the manager and the local Indian receptionist. Inside the bathroom, the sink was leaking. You have to reconnect the Wi-Fi with the password every 2 hours. There was no body soap, only shampoo. An extremely stingy hotel. This was the worst 3-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

Strategic location across from Pudu Central. Rooms are quite comfortable.

Incidentally, there are no slippers provided in the room here.

My room didn't make up room, why? And housekeeping up to 4PM.

Overall, during my stay at this hotel, the facilities and cleanliness were good, only the noise from outside the room and the next room was very audible, for those who are sensitive to noise, this certainly disturbs their rest.

Good, close to where you want to go, there are scales for goods

the staff is friendly, easy to communicate with, the room is nice and clean. the location is very strategic close to everywhere to Bukit Bintang only 3 km walkable, to Petaling only 1 km, and most importantly close to MRT station plaza rakyat.

Even though we arrived early, there was a place to store our luggage before checking in.
