hotel location is right in the busy central of District 1. staff is helpful with comfortable room to stay.

As first time travellers to Ho Chi Minh, my wife and I chose this hotel as it is located in the district where there are a lot of places that can be visited like the popular Ben Thanh Market, Ho Chi Minh city book street, Hanoi Opera House, Bitexco Financial Tower, even shopping mall and many others. The hotel is modern minimalist style with great breakfast option in Central Restaurant 3rd floor and Executive Lounge. Since we booked the executive room, we also got the benefit of enjoying the lounge all day long which was fantastic to relax after hot day outside. The room was large, very clean and the staff was helpful and could speak decent English. It has a rooftop swimming pool and nice enough bar. There is even a CGV cinema in the 1st floor of the hotel, so you could see a movie if you are interested. Overall, a very recommended 4 star hotel.

My plan is stay 1 night, but I have some thing need to do in my hometown then I go back early. Staff very friendly and professional. I very comfortable with them. Room nice ( I hope I can stay over but no choice ). Next time I will stay longer. Highly recommended.

I put it on my guests, everything here is so light and luxurious. It's easy to move back and forth between the inner saigon locations that my guest wants to experience because the hotel is located in the heart of the saigon center. Under the liberty central citypoint, there is also an Asian buffet. I heard that it is rated 4.5⭐️, the luxurious space and the quiet atmosphere are not as crowded as other buffet places. If you choose liberty as a week to think about your certain celebration, it is a great thing, where decor is very luxurious, service is extremely supportive to you in the preparation work. Any chance to enjoy together.

This hotel was superb. Affordable price with good location at the city center. Breakfast was yummy with lots of choice from Vietnamese to Western. Staff was friendly and professional too. Don’t forget to try the rooftop bar next to the pool! Convenience store located nearby. Ice cream next to this hotel was delicious as well. You should try it even though quite pricey comparing to others. 5 min walk to Takashimaya. 10 min walk to Traditional Market. The bad things were the construction for subway (i think) at the big road and the drop zone was small, make it feel packed and jammed. Might be considered as favorite hotel at Ho Chi Minh.

The bedroom is clean, the breakfast is good also, nice ambience.

Good location, bed is too soft ,no one who explain to me how to open air conditioner, or open hot and warm shower., front desk staffs need to had to more polite in explanation. I had asked for the receipt, she answered bluntly that you had to get it from your agent. In fact she should show me the details and informed me politely that I should request the receipt from online booking. Also she should show me the blank VISA slip that I had signed on check in and destroyed it in front of me.
