Service and room are okay. Need to maintain and improve better service.

Stayed overnight because I suddenly had to go to Madiun, the hotel is nice, my child likes staying here

Good service and clean.

The hotel staff is friendly and polite, including the security guards who like to help.

Thank you very much to the lady who was able to help me check in at 1 pm. Because there was room availability. Awesome. All the staff worked well. There was a towel available to borrow. You could borrow cutlery.

To be maintained, for those who bring family, the hotel is ok with facilities in the family room.

strategic hotel location, close to the city center, friendly and helpful staff, quite a lot of food choices and delicious. Good cleanliness and tidiness of the room, water stations available on each floor, as well as good laundry service, there is a convenience store and a fairly complete atm gallery.

Our first experience staying at Aston Hotel. The hotel is clean, the room and bathroom are also clean. The view is very nice from the 12th floor. Next time will definitely stay there again

When we checked in, maybe because it was crowded, we were given an upgrade to the room type above without any additional charge. The facilities are very good. Comfortable hotel. We always stay at Aston Madiun when we are in Madiun to our relatives' house.

the restaurant staff are quite numerous and agile in cleaning dirty plates and continuously refilling food. for the room, I was a bit disappointed because I was given a non-smoking room but from the hallway I could smell cigarettes, even every time I opened the door, the room smelled of cigarettes.

Overall very satisfying (Delicious food, friendly staff, very helpful). Internal communication between employees is lacking (in the morning we asked for the room to be cleaned but when we arrived in the afternoon the condition was still messy, Housekeeping came after we called). The room was cleaned but forgot to set up towels, blankets. Hopefully in the future it can be better.

The room is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Hospitality is unquestionable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious. The deluxe room is still quite spacious if given an extra bed. Unfortunately, in the deluxe type there is no hair dryer and no shower cap in the amenities. Breakfast is quite varied and if you want sahur to be delivered to your room, you will be charged 20 thousand. Overall, very satisfied staying at Aston Madiun.

Overall pretty good, worth the 4 stars.
