The swimming pool is perfect with the weather and atmosphere there being perfect.

Strategic location, very friendly service, lots of breakfast choices, the downside is the bathroom tap in room 206 is broken, please fix it

We had a good time staying at Grand Mercure. What needs to be improved probably is the variety of food for breakfast time. Considering the hotel has 5 stars, the variety of foods is so limited. Compared to other hotels, Grand Mercure needs to have some improvement in the variety of food for breakfast.

Bandung hotel with warm water swimming pool, my child really enjoyed swimming in this hotel without feeling cold.

Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and was allowed to check in early. The atmosphere around the hotel is very cool, perfect for relaxing while having coffee by the pool.

If I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel with fantastic view of the warm water pool. What is impressive is the clean hotel environment and my son's birthday was given a cake and candles from the pic breakfast staff (thanks to the hotel staff 🙏🏻). Next time we will stay here again if we go on holiday to Bandung.
