The first time I stayed here, I didn't expect the atmosphere to be so nice.

It's so much fun to staycation here. All rooms are complete with YouTube and others. So fun.

first impression on 803 room air conditioner not cold, only tv cable channel... couldnt acces for youtube, bathroom exhaust not work so the bathroom was smelly, special request 1 big bed, but i get twin bed became 1 which is still okay... and flush of the toilet couldnt work well... toilet water not strong enough when we flush... maybe it cause i got cheap price than usually thats why the choosen that kind of room for us...

The TV often turned on and off by itself. Finally it was unplugged.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The AC is cold, the shower also works well. Luckily we got a connecting room, so it's not soundproof, but it's okay because the next door isn't noisy either. Overall okay✌🏻

Strategic hotel, good service, quite clean and comfortable

Book 2 rooms at 828 and 928, right in the corner position where most of the room is covered with curtains. It happened that we checked in late at night. So the room felt cool, starting in the morning at 8. The sun started to rise, it felt wow hahaha.. The AC was set to full fan and the lowest temperature was still hot because the window glass in the room was too wide. My suggestion is to inform the customer about the minus points of the room in this position, or give a special price. Thankfully I was given a late check out dispensation until 1 because I was waiting for the Dzuhur prayer. Continued success Quest!

Easy check in and assisted by friendly staff so the process is very fast. The room is quite spacious and the room is very clean. The parking area is a bit lacking but fortunately there is a valet so you don't have to bother looking for parking. The location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle of the city so it is easy to reach any area. In my opinion, the various advantages above are very comparable to the price of the room. Of course, it is one of the main choices of hotels if you visit Surabaya again in the future.
