it's all right. staff pretty helpful, the philipino staff are nice, they are lovely.

Near center, good location for travel. Easy and friendly staff. Bed very good.

Negative: Very confusing check in process. Had to go to another building to check in. I got a bed on the top, right in front of the AC, and the AC seemed like it had never been cleaned, making me allergic and breathing. The blanket given was dirty, making my body itchy. I couldn't sleep. The dining area only had a small table, the bathroom was connected to the toilet and was very small. Positive: the location is very close to Chinatown MRT. The hostel price is relatively cheap.

The staff were very friendly. An easy check-in/check out process. Minus, no mineral water, soap and shampoo, and no towel provided. So have to buy or bring your own.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, but there is not enough storage space and no towels are provided.

Good choice and will certainly come back. Everything is good.

Room for 1 person, true to the hostel's description. Convenient location because it is next to the MRT in China Town. Quiet at night, not noisy. The shared bathroom area is neat and clean (but the bathroom is a bit small, big people will find it a bit cramped). Because the accommodation is separated into separate rooms, not in a communal space, it is safe and comfortable. Suitable for those who need privacy, also suitable for groups of female friends traveling together

Very cool in the center of Singapore and close to everything. Close to China Town station.

The best part about Royal Hostel is that it is very close to the China Town MRT entrance. The rooms are a bit small but cool and clean. The only disturbance during my stay was from fellow residents who did not abide by the Hostel 's rules, with some making phone calls in the room and packing suitcases probably past midnight to 3am. The noise was very annoying as the room is rather small.

The location is a winner. Very close to the MRT. But please renovate the furniture immediately. The room door was very difficult to close, the locker was broken, there was no drinking cup. Even the bed sheets used by people weren't replaced because there was hair on the pillow.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Location so perfect, just at Exit A-MRT chinatown where food paradise. My room so comfortable, alone in the loft room and there were refrigerator and desk and chair. Room closed to the clean toilet. Free tea and coffee. And thanks so much for Ms. Fang Fang-the friendly and helpful receptionist. Will be back ….

The hostel room are very clean, the bathroom also clean & the staff very friendly and helpful (thanks Ms. Fang2 the receptionist) also the location is very strategy in China town just one step to MRT station exit A there 's many restaurants around the hostel so no worries for us to get any foods next time for sure I will stay in this hostel again if I coming back to sg.

They help me change room with extra pay. Over-all good. Room is clean but bathroom abit small. So close to MRT so it 's convenience.
