Overall, it is good, worth the price, good service. However, the room I stayed in was premium A525, but the hair dryer did not work. It should be fixed.

Everything is very good except the swimming pool. It's a very long walk.

Everything is good except for the booking. I booked a double bed and got a single bed instead.

The room is clean and convenient. There is a microwave in the room. The staff is lovely. The swimming pool is clean.

ขออนุญาตแชร์ประสบการณ์และเรื่องราวความประทับใจในการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมโกลด์เด้นซิตี้ระยอง เริ่มตั้งแต่การต้อนรับของเจ้าหน้าที่เปิดประตูให้คำแนะนำในการเข้าพักอำนวยความสะดวกให้เราเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด ที่นอนนุ่มมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายมากแถมยังอร่อยทุกอย่างด้วย และเรื่องราวที่ทำให้เราประทับใจก็คือ ทางเราได้ทำแหวนทองหล่นหายที่บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรม เราจึงไปขอดูกล้องวงจรปิดกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ช่วยตรวจเช็คดูกล้องให้และยังไปช่วยส่องไฟหาด้วย แต่ก็หาไม่เจอ จนเรากลับบ้านและคิดว่าคงจะไม่ได้คืนแล้ว จนเวลาผ่านไป 5 วันเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางโรงแรมโทรมาแจ้งว่าเจอแหวนทองของเราแล้วและจะส่งคืนให้เรา ความรู้สึกคือดีใจสุดๆ เพราะไม่คิดว่าจะได้คืน เจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรมน่ารักใส่ใจให้ความช่วยเหลือและบริการดีมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกนะครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ

โดยรวมดีค่ะ พนง.บริการดีมากๆ ห้องใหม่ น่าพัก ในราคาที่จองผ่านแอปไม่แพง แนะนำค่ะ อาหารเช้าดีมากและอร่อย แต่ถ้าคาดหวังวิวดีๆ โปรดโทรขอคำแนะนำจากทางโรงแรมโดยตรงก่อนจอง ทริปนี้มาพักในวันขึ้นปีใหม่ เราคาดหวังเล็กๆว่าอยากดูพลุปีใหม่ในเมืองระยองบ้าง เห็นไกลๆก็ไม่เป็นไร แต่ห้องนี้ถูกบังด้วยหลังคาอาคารถัดไป มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลย ก็ผิดหวังนิดหน่อยค่ะ

Good service staff But I reserved this room. It was written that there was a bathtub. When I got there there wasn't one. I was confused. When I called to ask, the staff told me next time to call and ask after booking first to see if the reservation was correct or not. I was even more confused. In conclusion, is it the fault of the person who made the reservation?

The room is very spacious, very good, everything is very good. give eleven out of ten Because it's much better than expected. Who will come to stay in Rayong? Better than some five-star hotels. Food is okay. There are many to choose from.

ทำเลอยู่ไม่ไกลจากแล่องท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหาร ราคาไม่แพง มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก

Good service staff, diligent Belle Boy, recommend if staying in the front building (old building), choose the 7th or 8th floor to see the view of Sukhumvit Road (better than seeing the view of the building wall).
