It's really wonderful hotel in Melaka. Beside Jonker Walk, near most of attraction tourist places such as Dutch squares, Christ Church. Room is clean and comfortable. Receptionist and staffs are so friendly, specially thanks to Khalih and Amada.

The accommodation is spacious and clean, just like the photos. Receptionist in charge was very helpful in providing information. One thing I really grateful for is their service to book a car for my early morning departure to the nearest bus station, when using e-hailing will be challenging.

Location was great. Room had 2 Queen sized bed. Shower was good. Check in was a breeze. It would be better if there were bedroom slippers.

A very strategic close hotel, very close to places to eat, the receiptionist is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the air conditioner is cold, perfect.

In Melaka, we are staying at Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka, which is an old building converted into a hotel. This hotel is full of retro feeling.

The hotel is near jonker area. The room is comfortable. During our first breakfast day, the choices were few only but the food was tasty. They are giving piece of paper and pen during breakfast for the suggestions and comments. I wrote that the food was good but few choices. I am not asking for a grand breakfast buffet but I'm looking for another different food options. The next day breakfast, they added congee, mee soup, fried rice and bihun. And I was satisfied. The food was really good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely go back to stay in this hotel if I will go back again in Melaka.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just waking distance can go to jonker walk night market. But not suit for a family vacation hotel, they didn’t provide baby cot. Overall is good for single travellers.

I booked a 3 person room for my family. The room is spacious and clean, bathroom too. The location of the hotel is just behind jonker walk within walking distance. I arrived earlier at the hotel around 1.15pm (before 3pm check in time), actually I wanted to deposit luggage at the counter but unexpectedly, I was told by the staff that I can check in early provided the room is ready (at that moment the staff told me they need to prepare the room in 15-20 mins). So we waited for roughly 15-20 mins then we checked in early without any extra charges. Staffs were friendly too. Environment of the hotel is comfort and clean.
