Early check in is possible, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is serene when it rains heavily. Booked 2 rooms, one with a refrigerator and the other without.

The place is clean and the staff service is very good.

(+) Fast check-in process, okay view, nice clean garden, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom. (-) Playground near room C30 needs to be renovated because it is no longer usable. (-) The toaster needs to be replaced, it's broken. After waiting for a long time, the bread didn't toast. Breakfast on April 8th tasted good but for April 9th it tasted Asiiiiiiin, the porridge soup was salty, fried noodles were salty.

The view is ok, but it is noisy because the distance to the highway is too close and very disturbing.. Good to know the resort, but I might not stay there again.

Staying at Hotel & Resort Citra Cikopo was very pleasant. The view was beautiful, the place was clean, and the swimming pool was clean even though it was small. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our family really enjoyed staying there. It’s also a great spot for taking photos and making videos. However, the prayer room (musholla) was small and not very clean.

The F.O service is very friendly, the room facilities especially for cooking if possible are free for gas, not charged for gas purchases because generally we only stay 1 night, and the price of gas is too expensive 200 thousand / gas. If possible, just provide melon gas, cooking utensils and eating and drinking in the room are not provided, why should you rent with gas? The bed in the room is hard, because it is old, the wooden building is a bit dull, the window cover near the kitchen is already damaged, the atmosphere and facilities are ok. Plus we were allowed to check in early. Thank you
