Overall a bad experience. Hotel need refurbishing. Staff attitudes stinks. Outdated Covid rules regarding face masks and gloves in the hotel. It was the only hotel I stayed in Malaysia that had stupid rules requiring guests to use plastic gloves while at the breakfast buffet. I refused to wear them as most of the staff wasn't wearing gloves. Food was cold most of the time when there was food. Concept floor lounge food wasn't topped up. I went to get some food at 6.30pm and it was all gone, found a staff member and asked for more food and he told me to ring reception to request food, well don't advertise free food for concept floor guest between 5 and 7pm if you can't provide the service.
