The hotel was quite comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the room was also quite clean. However, the hotel corridor was wet and some areas were dirty, probably because it had just rained. Additionally, the window in our room was noisy and vibrated, possibly due to a lose fit or something, but we weren't sure because we stayed at the hotel during a heavy rain and strong winds.

Very pleasant experience. However the room is not soundproof as I could hear the next room turning on the water in the bathroom.

It's actually really nice here, the location is strategic. but not for the second time. I requested to change the bedsheets but only the mattress was cleaned, not replaced. and when cleaning, the floor was still full of sand. the room may have too thin walls, so you can hear the sound of the TV and other people's voices from the next room. the service is quite good, the food is delicious, it's just enough once.

Strategic location. Busy with many places to eat

The hotel location is very good, in the middle of Seminyak/Petitenget. Suitable if you want to walk or ride a motorbike, if you want to drive a car you might have to think twice because the road is busy. The first room provided had a problem, namely water seeping from the window because of heavy rain, but when I told the staff, the room was immediately replaced and everything was confirmed to be fine. The next day I also realized that the problematic room was immediately fixed because there was a drill sound and others. Overall, if you want to find a place to stay in the middle of Seminyak and according to budget, this is the place.

The room smells, there is no second layer of curtains, the toilet is not clean and the small pillow on the bed smells.

Located in the heart of seminyak. But the hotel is quite old, the fridge made sound at night, the air cound leaked, ripped towels. They did help us to fix it, but we find it annoying to have to complaint all the time.
