We stayed only 1 night because we were only transiting in Semarang. So far everything is ok, only at breakfast we couldn't get a seat.

Good service and clean hotel, close to main road.

very friendly staff hotel area facilities are not very supportive for families coincidentally the room faces the highway so that at night when you want to rest / sleep it is a bit difficult because the sound of vehicles is quite loud which coincidentally happens to be the moment of the return flow there are only 2 lots that are not fresh / the pillow cover is a bit wrinkled and there is no bolster the bathroom is also too narrow

I am happy at the Noorman hotel, because I can ask for my BF to be brought, even though I checked out at 4.30 in the morning... while the Neo hotel can't.... the service is cool... 🌹, the staff are all friendly too... at first it was uncomfortable because I got a room on the 1st floor, with a view blocked by walls and tiles, asked for the upper floor but they said it wasn't ready, the towels were also not suitable, the blanket looked like it had been used because it smelled bad and was wrinkled.,.. but on the 2nd day I asked for it to be replaced and the staff kindly replaced it with a large towel that was still good and a new blanket... so my annoyance was cured... still recommend this hotel...

The staff is quite friendly, the food is quite good, close to the city center, the parking lot is a bit far away, it happened to be raining, apparently the staff was overwhelmed

I stayed for a night and didn't really ask the hotel to fix the AC, it was not cold and leaking like crazy. It is an old property and I can tell that it's not so maintained by the management. When I checked in the house keeping was coming after +2 hours to check if the bathroom already gets cleaned. The room was not soundproof enough at 1st floor as I woke up in the middle of the night by the sound of someone coughing. I'm sorry, everything could have been better tho. Otherwise, Despite the inconvenience, I enjoyed the staff hospitality and kindness. Thank you!

Ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Please, if anyone orders a non-smoking room, they should be given a non-smoking room.

Hot water is not working. Called a technician, still the same. Breakfast is okay and adequate. TV is on. Given tea and coffee. Water refill every day

Quite comfortable, but a bit noisy in my opinion. Recommendation

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly & very helpful
