room very dirty, no hot water, old towels

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is clean and the facilities are complete

Location Very nice and clean and crowded

It was great, I was really well taken care of during my 4 days here. Later, the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station Metro was really convenient to get to the center, walking to the VinBus E05 bus station to the lake or the historical museum was also very convenient. There are many food brands around as well as Com Village. It's also convenient to go to the Park.

Old rickety and unmaintained furniture. Hard mattress.

You guys are very enthusiastic and polite. Especially the two receptionists Nguyen.T.Linh Chi and Luu Thi Le.

Poor receptionist, rude to customers. Customers asked for invoices and were treated rudely. Bad attitude.

A foreigner picked it up and brought it to the hotel to ask, but the receptionist was irresponsible and did not check the list of customer names to see if it matched the name of the person who dropped the wallet. The way of speaking was not polite. I asked to check the camera to see but he said it was from the evening and then came down in the afternoon. I asked to check the camera but it was not checked. I am very upset with this service. The time I lost it was November 10, 2024, around 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The furniture was quite old, room 606 was very stuffy. The air conditioner was broken, I turned it on, after taking a shower the air conditioner was still hot, because I was quite tired I went to sleep, woke up at 2:30-5:00 pm and was soaked because the air conditioner was not cool, the room smelled. As a result I took another shower and checked out even though I had paid for the night's rent.

I think we should replace the TV because it is too old.

The hotel is clean and the staff is enthusiastic. I've been here 3 times and I'm quite satisfied. Thank you, female receptionist and male luggage guy, on the evening of December 7. I left too quickly and didn't have time to ask my friends' names.

Nice room, many amenities. Attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has quite a few dishes and is not very delicious. The scene outside is not too busy

Every time I return to Hanoi I stay here. A familiar place
