The bedsheets smelled of the previous guest's body odor. The bedsheets were dirty and very discolored. The AC was not cold. The room was gloomy and dimly lit.

All the services are good. Only the lobby needs to be reviewed. To make it even more solid.

The room smelled of cigarettes, the towels given on the first day were dirty and smelly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work (they said it was under repair). The tap was broken. Thank God the tap was fixed later. We asked to move rooms but they didn't give us any permission. The receptionist promised to treat the room to reduce the smell of cigarettes, but even after we reminded them twice, there was no change. I don't know if it's been treated or not. I don't know. What's clear is that the smell of cigarettes is still very strong, making my head dizzy. I don't promise to stay here again
