Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, I had trouble sleeping because of the noise coming from the room directly above mine, which continued until around 3 a. M. I informed the hotel staff about the situation, and they assured me they had visited the room twice to address the issue, but unfortunately, the noise persisted. I understand that it was the night after the Indonesian football team's victory over Bahrain — a cause for celebration for many. While I realize not everyone shares the same enthusiasm for football (though luckily, I do), it would have been more considerate to keep the celebrations quieter late at night. Nonetheless, I can understand the excitement and consider it forgivable under the circumstances.

The hotel is really cool, the facilities are great and the rooms are definitely very comfortable, big.

Near GBK and plaza senayan is very convenient. But they missed some administrative details and the worst is my room ready at 4 pm.

Need to wait until 4 pm to get my room ready. Already put my card for deposit but being asked several times for payment, even the smallest thing like I already put my car number to get free parking but they missed it. Other than services, others are okay.

Hopefully it will be easy to take photos with the national team players🤣

Stayed here for the convenience after watching a late night football match and the experience was superb. The hotel is very close to the stadium which can be accessed by walking. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly - they were always ready to help with a smile whenever we asked for anything. My family will be back here for sure.

at that time I was having a birthday, the staff had offered a cake and decoration, I only chose the cake, when I entered I was given a room but with honeymoon decoration. I was called back by the staff apologizing, I only chose a complimentary cake without any decoration in my room, but as a result until I wanted to check out the cake was not delivered to my room.

Fairmont Jakarta is really comfortable. The rooms are spacious and premium, making you feel at home. The Gold Lounge is also really nice, the staff is friendly, and the drink selection is complete during cocktail hour. The pool is big and cool, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a very satisfying stay experience!

Fairmont is the second home for our family. During Christmas, Eid and school holidays, we definitely stay at Fairmont. My husband's friend said that he never gets bored staying there🤭
