I ordered 2 rooms with free airport pick-up and drop-off but paid another 50 thousand because the delivery time was outside the free schedule, at that time the delivery was at 04.30.

Location is near BIL airport but far from anywhere, even just looking for a drink. The hotel provides food and drinks, but the price is relatively expensive. Check in until 14.30 and the room floor is still wet. The staff are friendly.

There's no free scheduled airport transport. The management offers an airport transport for 50,000 rupiah. The toilet in the room is a bit dirty.

There is no water in the sink. The bathroom is dirty.

Amazing, I've stayed here many times but the service is still comfortable, great for Illira Hotel. Just try it if you don't believe me.

From the lobby, it is very comfortable to look at, then the room is very quiet, the mattress is soft, after that there is a pool, it is very suitable for relieving fatigue. and the last one for BAF, it is delicious and fresh, I really like the soto, it is delicious. 🤤🤤 I will definitely come again to stay 2 nights next week. Thank you Illira for providing comfort, and thank you for being the most comfortable homestay. 🥰🥰

Friendly hotel staff, comfortable, close to the airport

One of the best hotels in Lombok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The closest to the airport is only 15 minutes and there is a transportation service to the airport. Will come back tomorrow if I go to Lombok again 🥰

The service is OK. But sorry for the facilities are very disappointing, starting from the elevator that does not function, many lights in the hotel are dead and the bathroom has a rather old flash. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again

The food is really delicious and for breakfast, there is soto and there are actually lots of other dishes but I can't mention them one by one here.

Really satisfying, and fun, Hotel illira pampers its guests! What's more, the location is not near the airport.

All the staff were very friendly and very helpful in the check in process and we will come back again on another occasion.
