Excellent accommodation & service

Staycation at Aston for a wedding. Overall, the service was good. It's just a shame that we had noted early check-in, but the room wasn't ready when we checked in. Perhaps a small suggestion is to be more aware of guest notes.

It was a pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable, there was a drinking water dispenser in the hallway, and there were no issues in the room. However, I think the security staff should be more responsive to guests checking in very late at night.

I was disappointed when I first entered the hotel and wanted to park, but was directed by the security guard on duty in the afternoon at around 2 pm. I was impatient in directing the vehicle to park, everything else was okay.

The hotel's corner location and ticket gate at the end of a bend made it confusing, so we went too far and had to turn around. Parking is also a problem when there are wedding guests or events at the hotel, so we hotel guests have to turn around and go back to the basement.

Very clean, great views, friendly and helpful service, close to shopping centers, very spacious rooms, and a great value for money. It's also great for business trips due to easy access to public transportation.

Nice hotel, but the breakfast lacked variety. The hash browns were hard, and the spaghetti didn't seem fresh.

Overall, this hotel is good and I recommend it. However, its location seems to be in a crowded area with many restaurants or shopping centers, so it doesn't feel like a typical Aston.
