Service, good hotel location, good food, cheap price, spacious room, ok wifi.

Good hotel with cheap price, service, spacious and nice rooms, can request breakfast to be changed for sahur fasting and it's great.

Nice and comfortable hotel, kids friendly too.

My younger sibling came to visit, told me to go through the pool door, the lady guarding it was really curt. Even asked if she came to swim or not? Oh my. While having to point out which one was her sibling? Does it really have to be like that? Shouldn't she ask what help she can get? Please. Why do you have to make guests uncomfortable? Attitude needs to be trained again. Especially the one guarding the pool access door.

Friendly staff, good facilities, hot and cold water, steam and sauna. Really cool, there is a gym too.

My favorite hotel for staycation. I often come here because it's close to everywhere. Just cross the street to Paskal 23. It's easy to find food, Cibadak is close for nightlife. And what I like the most is the complete sauna facilities, hot water soak, ice water. Warm water swimming pool. It's just a shame that the breakfast variations don't really connect.

Additional facilities such as swimming pool, hot and cold pools etc are also very good.

Long weekend staycation with Hubby. Check in was allowed at 13:00, even though there was a deposit & it was returned upon check out. All were good, friendly, fun and memorable. Thank you all crew of El Cavana hotel, getting better, more advanced, more advanced, and GOD bless 🙏🫶

Staying for 3 days 2 nights was very pleasant, the hotel is in the middle of the city, quite quiet even though it is in the middle of the city, the staff service is very friendly and clear.

for the dirty room floor, the ceiling is full of mold, the bathroom floor is full of crust and dirty. Honestly, it is not comfortable to stay here even though the room is spacious but the cleanliness is lacking. the room is like damp and does not smell good.

The hotel service is good, but unfortunately we got a room with a broken toilet door that couldn't be locked, but that's okay, everything can still be resolved... okay.
