first time staying at this hotel and it was fun. could check in before 2. I was a bit surprised even though I deliberately came early because I was afraid of queuing. turned out check in was fast and the room was ready

always satisfied staying here. because the concept is a family hotel and the location is also in the center of surken snacks. all ok. the check in and check out process does not take long

even though there was a problem with the electricity in the room, the staff handled it quickly. overall good and pleasant.. near the culinary center of Suryakencana. better not to take a package with breakfast so you can go sightseeing around Lawang Surken.

Staying at 1O1, get ready to keep buying snacks on Jalan Surya Kencana, the road in front of the hotel is already full of people selling food. The hotel has a good view, the swimming pool is okay, you can feed the fish and the breakfast is varied, the lontong sayur is the best in class

Fun staycation with family, lots of culinary around the hotel, close to Bogor Botanical Gardens & got a room with mountain view. If there is time & opportunity, you can stay again at this hotel.

If possible, check the electric kettle often. If there is any damage, please replace it immediately. Yesterday the lid of the electric kettle came off, worried that the children would use it, afraid of getting scalded with hot water.

very satisfied with my staycation here.. the staff are friendly.. the place is close to everywhere, close to the culinary center.. the food at breakfast is also varied and delicious. served food that is not on the menu. thank you, next time I go to Bogor I will definitely stay here again

The location is very strategic, there are many delicious culinary around the hotel, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is quite large and comfortable. So I upgraded the room, because the deluxe one was a bit difficult for wheelchair users. All the employees were friendly, but because it was high season, parking was difficult, I had to walk out of the hotel because of the traffic jam.
