Downtown access, clean rooms but rather hard mattresses, standard food.

Honest review, I was on the second floor of the south side room of the hotel (hotel rooms are divided into two sides), the first time I went to Malang I chose this hotel because the distance was not too far from the city center & the price was also fair. The hospitality is good, everyone is friendly and smiling, the room is also clean, the bathroom is clean there is soap shampoo towels but the hot water at that time was not working. One of the shortcomings of the hotel is not in the hotel but outside the hotel. At 4 am I woke up having trouble sleeping because there was a generator/machine next to the hotel that was on and the sound was very disturbing. Like a factory because there were several backhoes or excavators for the project. As a result, I spent the whole day in Malang yawning because I couldn't sleep. Maybe if you want to stay here, I suggest sleeping in the room on the north side and on the top floor. Lebaran 2025.

Ok, strategic, close to everywhere

During Eid homecoming to Malang, stayed 2 nights at Amaris. The location is in the middle of the city, easy to get around.

the hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are okay.. the food is also varied.. Maybe because it is on a main road it is a bit noisy, thank you Amaris..

Strategic location, just walk to Bakso President.

Alhamdulillah. Stayed on April 1-4. Very satisfying. The AC room is cold. The menu is plentiful and varies every day. The hotel crew is friendly, polite. The pukis are very delicious. Thank you Amaris Hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly & helpful, even though check in is near midnight, they are still served well & friendly. The breakfast menu is varied and quite tasty. The cleanliness of the rooms & hotel environment is quite good. The location of the hotel is very easy to reach.

I stayed 2 nights CI on January 28, 2024 and CO on January 30, 2024 room 235. On January 29, I left the hotel around 08.00 and left my key at the receptionist, I asked for the room to be cleaned. And the lady on duty kindly said that it would be cleaned around 12. Then I returned to the hotel around 15.30 when I opened the room it turned out that it had not been cleaned at all. Then I complained to the receptionist and the lady on duty was just shocked without any apology.

I've been a regular customer since 2015 and have never switched to another one, it's cheap but the service is satisfying
