smooth check in n out process. the room is very spacious. free parking but report in advance. too bad still mixed with apartment residents

Hotel room space and easy for check in and check out.

It's not bad, the hotel is old.

The thing I noticed the most was its cleanliness. This hotel is really clean. There is no limescale in the bathroom. The towels are clean and white. The sheets are new. Even the curtains are dust-free. For me who is allergic to dust, this hotel is highly recommended. It's just not soundproof. At night, a couple was arguing and slamming the door, which was really audible. I asked for a late check-in and was allowed. The location is also strategic for me who has an event in the city area. There are lots of food and snacks outside. Easy access to everywhere. Oh yeah, the wifi is sometimes down. But only for a short time.

found Harris Hotel in Ciumbuleuit, because it was unintentional, initially I intended to vacation with my family, had booked at another inn, but I was fooled because the neighboring platform was hacked.. so I was connected to a hacker who claimed to be the inn admin, after I confirmed it to the location directly.. my order was not on the guest list... then I looked for another inn, my wife said she saw Harris Hotel,, I immediately searched through Traveloka, and there was Harris Hotel Ciumbuleuit... I booked it, then went straight to the hotel,, and to the hotel lobby to the receptionist.. and checked my name was on the booking list.. I booked for 2 days.. from disappointment turned into satisfaction after staying at Harris Hotel, the surrounding location also has many typical Bandung culinary delights... the hotel service is satisfying, the staff are friendly, helpful... will definitely return to Harris Ciumbuleuit

The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the parking lot is often full at night, the food on the first day is delicious, but not so good on the second day.

Harris has kept good performance on facilities, cleanliness and room facilities. Great to stay here, especially with family.

Not clean either the bed, bathroom area, and refrigerator, and near the television.

The staff read my detailed request. So even though I came to check in late at night, tired, I was still happy because the staff made me happy 😊 The food is quite delicious. What I think needs to be considered is the bathroom. Overall, the bathroom is very clean. The shower still works, but it can't be moved optimally. The toilet spray is also not optimal. The towels are still good, but still have the old group label. Changing to the new group label is better I think. 😊

The room is too cold even when the AC is turned off, the bathroom is dirty, lots of black crust, the sink water is yellow every time it is turned on, the room floor is dirty with lots of loose eyelashes. The breakfast has very minimal variations, not suitable for 4 stars, I chose Haris because there is a standard breakfast that is definitely delicious and has various variations, but this is disappointing. Definitely will not comeback.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Unfortunately, the bathroom hexos is broken which is above the shower and toilet, so you can imagine 😱. We were on the 6th floor, maybe when we stayed we were the only guests on that floor. So in the evening until we checked out around 8 pm, the lights were not turned on, so it was dark in the corridor to the elevator, so it was quite scary. I don't understand why it had to be like that.

strategic location because it is in Ciumbuleuit, very close to popular tourist attractions and cafes in Bandung. the hotel is clean and the variety of food during breakfast is abundant. the view from the Rooftop Hotel is good and the swimming pool is here too.
