Great service

Unfortunately, a large transient homeless population encircled the hotel, including entering the hotel lobby looking for food and restrooms. Interior of rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade.

Always a solid place to stay in the Eureka Area. It is clean, and the staff is always friendly. It is a great place to stay if you are bringing your pets, and just a short walk to a small beach for the dogs.

The stay was wonderful. Beautiful Koi pond. Indoor and Outdoor pool available. Nice Breakfast.

Black mold in the vanity area

Staff was great, the room was clean. Overall it was great. Had a little problem with keys working on electronic doors but worked after a few tries

Was nice to be next to the mall. Also restaurant on property gave guest discount.

Wonderful stay. The only negative thing I can say is the children running around late into the night yelling and screaming. Made it difficult to get to sleep.

Great food, service and a beautiful garden with Koi fish pond

Room was very nice, faced the courtyard / outdoor hot tub. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom space. Hot tub & courtyard clean, well lit and nice landscaping (area with key entry for guests only). Stay included breakfast - very good selection of food. Staff all very kind and helpful - including maintenance person who gave us with food to feed the Koi in the pond in the morning.

We were allowed to check-in early. Given a first floor accessible room, although accessibility wasn’t an issue. Parking right in front of the room. Everything was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Dining options close and convenient.

No view, faced a parking lot but it didnt matter because the shower worked good, the room was beautiful, spacious, and clean and the bed was so comfy. Took a walk throught the courtyard, the quoi pond was an absolutely wonderful surprise and breakfast was delish. Easy parking and convenient to all.

We had 2 rooms: a dbl queen and a king. The queen room was great, but the king room’s bathroom set up was not great. The vanity and sink were not separated from the toilet, and the coffee maker was on the vanity. The garden and pond were very nice. Fireplace not functional.
