The hotel staff is friendly and explains well. There is an airport shuttle, one way 40RM. Breakfast is varied, but the room windows are not real, just decoration. Overall good, I like it here.

The hotel is quite clean, although not too close to the airport, but they provide a paid shuttle bus which makes it easy for us to get to the airport.

family room and the interior of the room are all about plane.... like it ❤️

The room is dirty, and there's a distinct smoke smell, even though it's a non-smoking room. The dust is visible on the floor, making it uncomfortable to stay. I would recommend choosing another hotel.

Staff friendly at the check in counter, family room is spacious queen bed, location is just nearby airport 15min to KLIA2 no jam as we check out 3.30am skipped the breakfast at the hotel just went to the coffee shop opposite the hotel which open 24hr. Just not satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet especially the wall on the bathroom

This hotel is located not far from the airports. The surrounding is quiet and a bit scary especially when you walk alone at night. So, go elsewhere by grab.

Suitable for transit at affordable price. Not suitable for long stay

Suitable for transit or morning flights at KLIA, you still have to order a taxi, there is a paid airport drop-off service from the hotel, close to 24-hour eateries

The location is OK if you just wanted to go to the SIC, but honestly nothing really great there. The bed is hard, barely any comfort there. No window at all, just some lights that look like airplane windows. The bathroom is not clean, lots of watermarks here and there. I was asking if I can get any water - they told me I can take them myself through a dispenser near the room. I was also asking if I can get any cutlery, they don't have it! They advised for me to get it from the nearest restaurant. It was a mediocre experience, won't be back here again though

The service is very communicative.

At 21:00 Arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready. Followed up again when it would be ready, the staff was angry. At 23:45 we just entered the room. Waited for almost 3 hours in a tired condition. Entered the room, saw in the bathroom the previous guest's shampoo was not thrown away. It was certain that the room was not cleaned, even though we had waited so long.

Room Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly service and informative, and very responsive when we needed a vehicle to go to the airport in the middle of the night.

Remote location. Transportation is not a difficult choice and the surrounding facilities are not good.

The staff was very friendly to us. Easier to go to Aeon Mall Nilai waited for the Grab also very quick to pick us up at the lobby even though it was 4am.

The hotel is close to the airport, the facilities and cleanliness are in accordance with the price and can be used as a place to stay during transit.

Great experience. The interior design is the best! Feels like in aeroplane. The room space is spacious and the customer service was great!
