I paid fair amount to get minimal real chicken dish for breakfast. they offered only chicken sausage and chicken ham. the breakfast menu is always the same. so if you stay more than two nights you fed up with the breakfast menu. the water in the corridor is good idea but not friendly to everybody's stomach. I prefer bottled water like normal hotel gives.

I had a pleasant stay at Neo+ Penang. The location is very convenient—close to food spots, shopping areas, and easy to get around Georgetown. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, great value for money and I’d happily stay here again.

Hotel near the Komtar bus terminal, near supermarket, food stall very strategic, staff friendly, service room good.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful when we checked in at 12 noon, we were allowed to enter the room and we informed them that the hot water was not working and it was immediately taken care of.

Good location, near Komtar, surrounded by food markets, restaurants and groceries. Friendly dan helpful staff. Fast check in and check out. Drinking water dispensers are available in the hotel hallways.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the comfort is lacking every morning. At 8 o'clock the staff are already making noise in the hotel corridor, turning on the vacuum cleaner.

A very pleasant hotel. Location is very good. Convenient to go anywhere. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. Would be better if the gym is being expanded with additional machines. Would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit and have also recommended to friends who are visiting Penang to stay at this hotel. 👍

All is good except the bathroom. When showering, all the water will spill out and make the whole bathroom wet.
