Very good. Comfortable. Strategic location in the middle of the city.

The bathroom is always flooded because the water does not flow into the drain hole. The slope of the bathroom floor is the main cause of this happening, the manager should immediately make repairs so that guests are more comfortable using the bathroom facilities.

Air di dalam toilet lambat ke sedot, akhirnya wc nya kebanjiran. Siaran tv nya yang ada hanya lokal saja (standar).

Makanan ok, pelayanan ok, ramah-ramah.

Service at breakfast is very unsatisfactory. The waiter is not polite. Our 6 year old son is not allowed to join breakfast, even though we have mixed the food and were told to put a plate that is ready to serve and it is no longer possible to return it so our thought was that he should throw away the rice instead of our child eating it. The reason the officer said it was hotel rules. Loh, this is a small child that doesn't eat much. Because coincidentally that morning our child was hungry and we wanted to order gofod, no one was open yet. Our family not only stayed at this hotel once but we were treated very disrespectfully that day. The food is not good, also give the service part of the breakfast so. It is very unfortunate, please the hotel management department to be educated in serving guests for the service section at breakfast. Thank you

Pleasant. The atmosphere is calm. There is something that needs to be improved, namely there is a puddle of water in the toilet, although not much. The slippers and towels are complete. Breakfast menu is also good.

Ask for an additional key again and we will be asked to add another deposit fee.

The hotel is lacking a lot, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom is smelly and dirty, there is no wifi, the tv is also bad with broadcasts.
