Hotelnya bagus, konsep menarik, kamar juga nyaman, pelayanan ramah, cuman pas ke situ lagi proses pembangunan, jadi banyak tukang lalu lalang. Dan untuk usulan, di karenakan hotel terletak sangat jauh dari pelabuhan yang mana jadi tujuan wiaatawan, seharusnya ada fasilitas dari hotel seperti andong gratis, dari jam berapa sampe jam berapa gitu, atau persewaan sepeda listrik untuk tamu kamar, karena kalau sepeda biasa kasihan istri saya, dan orang-orang yang susah naik sepda ke tempat lain.

We start from the negative thing that is very disturbing, namely the road access that is cut off (due to abrasion) from the pier/central to the hotel. We have to take an alternative road (a dirt road instead of paving) to enter settlements and vacant land. Because access is difficult, it is difficult to find cidomo/andong from the hotel. If you don't rent a bicycle in central, it will be difficult for you to find a restaurant/minimarket/atm. On the positive side, the staff is kind, the hotel is well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious, and if you have breakfast on the beach, you can see turtles swimming on the beach.

Saya mulai dari negatifnya yang hanya satu tapi sangat menganggu yaitu akses jalan yang putus (karena abrasi) dari dermaga / central ke hotel, kita harus lewat jalan setapak lewat pemukiman dan lahan kosong. Karena aksesnya susah maka jadi susah untuk cari cidomo/andong, wajib sewa sepeda di central dulu karena sepeda dari hotel banyak yang rusak. Positifnya banyak yaitu hotel luas dan terawat, staf baik, kamar besar, sarapan tepi pantai sambil lihat penyu, dan lingkungan hotel yang tenang.

There we got a free upgrade to a beachfront room. From the terrace of our room we could see the beach. Children love the swimming pool. There is a playground too. There is a dispenser on the terrace, so we can refill drinking water as freely as we like. The breakfast is delicious. It's just that there are lots of mosquitoes, and the shower water and the water from the jet shower toilet are slow. The hotel staff are friendly.

The guava luwuk oceano is in a good position directly in front of the beach, the hotel employees are also nice and friendly, the swimming pool is also big and clean, thank God, we are satisfied to stay at guava luwuk, even though it's very quiet now because of the pandemic, come on guys. Vacation here must be fun.

I like the ambience. The food and room were nice. The hotel is pretty far from the centre so be prepared to go extra miles from the harbour, but it is a good hotel to retreat from the crowds. There is a turtle point nearby where we can snorkel right from the beach. The sunset can be seen from this hotel too.

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean. The location is indeed far from the pier but the hotel rents a 50 K / day bike. the staff is very friendly. Quiet and not noisy hotel from the crowd.

Service is not good enough like a 4/5 star. The cleanliness of the room and the environment is lacking, the front office is less professional like a 4 star hotel. So amateurs impressed, the pool was dirty with lots of leaves of trees.
