Overall very good and the price is right. Hotel in the city center, clean and spacious. In my opinion, security is lacking, because access to the hotel can be through the front and back doors without card access. So foreigners can freely go up and down the elevator.

We booked for the 2025 New Year staycation which in conjunction with Melaka hosting the World Tourism Day. We stayed at the Junior Suite which has 1 Queen Bed & 1 Single Bed. The parking was just behind the hotel which connected to the hotel. The room was excellent except for the wifi that come & goes at certain time. Overall, a good stay with excellent attraction surrounding the hotel; Mall, eateries etc. Definitely, will come again. Not to mentioned, excellent & friendly staff.

Check-in process that requires queuing, furniture that is quite old, everything works manually.. No remote.. Room lights are lacking & dim.. dirty toilet.. boring TV channels
