There were ants on the bed, and for a superior room it was a bit small, but still comfortable. There were no hotel slippers, and the AC was not cold enough. Overall it was comfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, but the room is a bit dirty and not very comfortable. I happened to get a room with a less cold AC so it was hard to sleep.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the souvenir center and many culinary choices. Suggestions for the hot water facilities, please improve them, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

The location is quite good, close to minimarts, eateries and souvenir shops. I got room 202, could only sleep for a while because the AC was very noisy and the room was a bit in the front so you could hear the busy traffic even at night. The trash can lid was dirty, it was a bit funny to see it for a trash can in a hotel, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The sink and toilet were a bit yellow. Luckily it was only for a quick transit, otherwise won't pick this

Strategic location, close to JOGER and seafood restaurants in front of the hotel. There is a swimming pool, clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Last time I stayed here, the tap water in all the rooms was black. I didn't even take a shower once and even used mineral water to urinate. It was really bad even though the first time I stayed there was no problem, we were on the 4th floor.

On the 4th floor, we originally wanted to add two more HR. But on the second day of staying, the water in the gutter was dirty black. All the rooms I booked had water like oil. The hotel has suggested moving to another location to take a shower, but the water is still dirty black. If you stay here again, you should think again.

Easy check in/out process. Friendly staff, good hotel cleanliness. Very close to the airport, cheap price but has a pool, close to mini markets and other shops. Highly recommended for transit or last resort to go home because it is close to the airport
