the hotel staff is very friendly, the air is very good, the room facilities are very comfortable and the breakfast menu is very diverse (real fruit juice is available and can be requested). the jogging track has a very beautiful view. close to tourist attractions, outbound activities, restaurants, and ubud center.

Promosi room foto tidak sama dengan kenyataan dan maintenace building not so nice. So far biasa aja nothing spesial. Sorry comment like this but hotel is realy much be good maintenance. Thank you.

We didn't expect this 5-stars hotel to be very average, given we heard about the name a lot. Not only the villa location that is quite far from the lobby (seems like they lease an adjacent neighbour houses), but the breakfast, amenities and other facilities are sub-standard.

Our rooms are quite far from the lobby which caused us to walk back and forth a lot. The swimming pool is small but the view to the valley is pretty. Minimum light along the pathway and smelly. Food are OK but we love the sweets during tea time

We had the worst experience staying here. The property isn't maintained and the staff is clueless and confused and just keep saying sorry without really addressing anything. The room didn't have wifi, the whole day the staff kept saying that it's getting fixed and then when I asked for check out because I had to work which was impossible to do without wifi, they gave me a wifi booster. They could have done this in the morning itself had they cared about customer service but least only did it because of the threat of check out. Breakfast was abysmal, dishes were dirty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. In short, would be coming back ever.

Tidak terawat. Kamar mandi menyatu dengan kamar tidur. Problem terjadi ketika airnya ternyata bau. Beberapa area komunal juga kurang terawat juga. Dan tempatnya sepi. Sangat disayangkan untuk hotel bintang 5 seperti ini. Tempatnya ada potensi akan tetapi tidak disarankan untuk menginap sekarang karena faktor kebersihan dan maintenance yang kurang. Pihak hotel cukup baik untuk memberikan 2x upgrade gratis, akan tetapi karena sudah tidak nyaman kami memutuskan untuk pindah.

A pleasant, quiet place, back to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. good staff service. Hopefully this place is still well maintained.

Good strategic location, good for those who want tranquility, friendly receptionist, less pleasant experience from a golf car driver (male) who does not feel uncomfortable, the road is speeding even though the road rises later, treatment to tourists, local and foreign tourists, is very different. Keep in mind one room / villa is only allowed for 2 people, no extra bed, must book a room by yourself.

The environment is good. The property is surrounding by a jungle so it is so quiet and fresh. It is very good for honeymooner. But like other old property, there are some issue. The linen is not really clean. They have changed it twice but it is not really different. Food is good as well as the spa.

Here to babymoon, and that was the best decision ever, definitely back again anyway, the staff is really friendly, and there are butler who nganterin everywhere pregnant mother is heavy yes if you have to walk everywhere breakfast was really great!

Children 5 yrs in charge, the room is also like a guesthouse. The food is also very small, often run out. So the conclusion does not match the high price.

Really love to stay in Jungle Retreat Ubud. The room was super nice. I was amazed by the design of the furniture, all were very Indonesian. My korean friend and I were happy to stay here even just for a night. The balcony was huge and both chairs were so lovely to be seated. Would love to be back again and try the Villa one day. Very recommended for new couples to have stay here. Love, love, love it!

Truly memorable stay at jungle retreat .. the service is satisfactory and staff were very friendly .. it feels like to linger there .. if I go to Bali again, I would like to stay longer in the Jungle retreat .. thanks for doing the best for us ..

Her hotel was nice like in the jungle just paint the cleanliness of the pool and rooms which must solve. Good service and all staff are very friendly to visitors.
