For the Wi-Fi network is very fast I like it, especially for my needs vacation while working is very helpful. It's just that for some cleaning staff more improved for friendliness. Thank you.

The view is nice, the room is also spacious and clean, the TV channels are quite varied. stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was quite varied.
The only minus point is that in the first 2 days the swimming pool was dirty and not cleaned, we could only swim on the last day. but overall it's really good.

Thank you for the service. The place is comfortable, clean and very easy to reach, close to the city center and public services. The room is also clean with a standard size. The restaurant is also delicious.

In terms of rooms, facilities, services, everything is ok. What is lacking is the breakfast, I tried eating chicken porridge, cold not hot or warm.

The hotel is located near the city center and has a minimarket beside it. However, there aren’t many food options in the area. Guests are asked for a deposit but can't asked for a spare access card. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the rooftop on level 8.
What upset me was the female staff member I spoke to when I asked about the possibility of a late checkout. She refused in a rude manner. I believe she could have communicated it more politely.

Okay, it's close to everywhere, it seems like this is the only place you get a cool city view, a swimming pool on the rooftop, great for documentation, for that price it's really worth it in my opinion.

The AC in the room I booked was leaking so in the middle of the night I had to move all my belongings, but because I was only staying for a short while it wasn't a problem. However, the staff was friendly, the location was strategic, close to Malang station, and also close to the Malang toll gate. Please fix/upgrade all the facilities. Such as AC, electric kettle, sink faucet, shower, etc.
