Friendly staff service. Signature Suite room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the water flows smoothly. Warm water is sufficient, although not hot. Food is quite good. The swimming pool is very good and satisfying.

The room is spacious and the facilities are functioning well, the staff is friendly,... for the experience from Taman Safari, don't go straight to Google Maps, it's better to go out and then go to Jalan Rya and then access the hotel again so it's not like I was sent through Jalan Es Krim with a map.

all the rooms and facilities are very good complete. except when eating all my friends were uncomfortable because there was a female restaurant staff reprimanded an intern in front of many people then when we were late ordering food the second time the staff made rude comments. which made us all very uncomfortable.

The road access to the hotel is very high, I was scared. Then when it rained all day long so I couldn't go anywhere, the lights often went out when I stayed there so our signal was often lost, there was no entertainment other than Cimory, in front of the hotel there was a mixue, Indomaret, and monopole coffee, grilled corn, horse rental.
