Upon checking in, there was long hair all over the floor of the room and even when the room was tidied up the next day they never bothered cleaning the hair that was on the floor. Visible dust on the bed side table, pantry and working desk. Poor lighting with an exposed wall light without cover. The bathroom heater holder was broken and the bathroom door from the inside was full of stain signs of mould growth.

The cleanliness is not at satisfactory, toilet was really dirty and mouldy. Lots of dust underneath the bed. No towels provided, have to go down to lobby to request for it. Limited choices of menu during breakfast, but the taste was OK.

Worth the value. Hotel is in midst of refurbishment after a long time. Has potential to offer better service. Room is spacious although cleanliness can be improved. For a 1 night crash, I would recommend this place. Thanks.

The cleaners especially floor & bathroom. The air condition have dust. The bed also not tidy up and the liquid soap not enough for three days.

Check out on 12.12.21. Check in on 3pm. Second time staying here. The hotel is kind of unattended. The floor shattered. Hotel room doors use non -card locks. The room light is broken. TV no broadcast. Have called the maintenance worker but no one came so I'm lazy to wait and just forget. I think they are short of workers because the food dishes in front of the room door are not taken until nightfall. Breakfast rm10 so I don't want to complain. The food for room service is still the best as before.
