Bel hôtel, propre et silencieux. Le déjeuner était super!

Great location and very friendly staff!

Best hotel in a long time! Or ever! Breakfast was included and had a fabulous variety of food, excellent coffee, large breakfast room! Seriously since the pandemic hotel breakfasts have declined a great deal but this one is excellent! Staff member who checked us in was so helpful, friendly and efficient and spoke to us in English when we really needed it. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Indigenous artwork and some rooms have been given Indigenous names. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. And best shower ever! Two shower heads, one magnetic and removable, excellent pressure! Seriously so impressed with this hotel ! When we visit cote nord again, we will make this one of our stays again for sure!!!

Great place

We were kind of stuck in the city due to bad weather at our final destination. This hotel was the only option avaible at the time and since there was a huge festival going on they charged close to 400$ per night which was an exorbitant amount. Check out time is great and the breakfast was loaded! I would stay here again for the breakfast and clean rooms but only if their nightly prices were more affordable

Was a nice stay, although I felt like the staff rushed me out before checkout. My key was deactivated before checkout hours and while I was closing my luggage, cleaning staff barged into my room wanting to clean, 30 minutes before checkout.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate with larger heavy baggage

We were impressed with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, most things are within walking distance. Sometimes the shower water temperature would become too hot or cold, but it was manageable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet included in the price was great.

Surprisingly great breakfast

Quick checking, friendly staff and clean. We loved the lady that was in charge of the breakfast room. She always had a smile and said good morning to everyone.

L’hôtel avait promis un déjeuner lors de la négociation des chambres. Il n’y avait pas de déjeuner comme tel, seulement du café, sans tasse propre, et du pain congelé. L’employée à la cuisine était désagréable et s’est volatilisée lorsque les clients posaient des questions. La jeune employée à la réception n’avait eu aucune information ni consigne et ne savait pas comment rejoindre un superviseur. Elle était seule dans l’hôtel qui était à pleine capacité et ne pouvait répondre à aucune question. C’était très décevant pour les clients qui arrivaient des quatre coins du Québec!
