We got upgraded room due to the room is not ready until 3.30-ish PM and voucher to get a food/drink from the restaurant. Thank you for the kind gesture from the staffs

Please upgrade food & price to expensive suppose free breakfast for 2.

The location is very strategic and comfortable to stay. Had tried the breakfast which included in the stay. The food not so hot especially the nasi lemak is cold. The variety is sufficient but I think not upto 4 star hotel standards. Hope hotel to improve.

Seepage ceiling in the bedroom. There are the small pieces of the ceiling falling to the bedsheet and the hotel need to look into it to maintain the room quality.

The best hotel and very comfortable, My kids love it! Beautiful view of the hotel.

Front office staff friendly & the bathroom is the best part, bathtub with a city view. Too bad their dining service didn't available for dinner / supper

Affordable 4 star room with great amenities and service. Good view from the room and an awesome bathtub. The pool is nice but the gym is quite small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. Location a bit far from the attractions.

My request not be complete. I want 2 single bed, I got 1 king bed. I already write in traveloka special request. Soo sad,. Please reserve after this, thank you

One of the best hotels in Melaka

The Pines has a great room facilities, including a spacious bathroom with bath tub and a view from the height to the city. During our stay, one of the lift is under repair so we have to change to the other lift. What is great is The Pines has its own jeti (boat halte) so we can be dropped off directly to The Pines after having our night river cruise with Faiz. We stayed 1 night at The Pines, and it was great.

Beautiful room, neat and comfortable. a large and beautiful swimming pool. Plenty of car parking and special for hotel guests. Only the menu for breakfast this time is not as lively as usual and there are not many options

Room is very nice. Clean and spacious bathroom. Front desk staff are polite.

In term of room is OK. But really disappointed with service. Hard to get people to help you if have many luggage. Very disappointing when breakfast is base on your limited order not normal buffet breakfast. Much worse in the morning when we want to go for breakfast, there is limited table and need to wait. And no body is attending you. May be because we are not the “same”. Even we are already inform our room yet nobody border. Finally because seems no body really care to get something for us, we left disappointed. The hotel try to make up by giving us late check up. And we are very thankful with that. Yet really they have improved on that matter.

The room is so big. It is clean (although we find some hair strand on the carpet) but overall its clean. Bathroom is so big and there is a tub. Parking is convenient as well. Nothing much to complaint. Only the breakfast is not buffet type but its good as well. Thank you so much for the hospitality
