The view is amazing, the interior is beautiful, but the bathroom's exhaust is broken so the smell in the room is unpleasant, the breakfast has fewer dishes than hotels in the same segment, the food is not delicious, by 8:10 the bowls and plates were all gone

Very crowded location, full of souvenir sellers, culinary, restaurants to street vendors all gathered around the hotel. Just walk 5 to 8 minutes to Sun Plaza Station.

Located in the city center, choose a room with a balcony so you can see the view if the weather is not foggy.

The hotel staff was very friendly when asked for assistance.

The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by full amenities, near Sun Plaza and the stone church, clean and spacious rooms, with a balcony with a beautiful mountain view, friendly staff. The downside is that the breakfast is not rich, the room is poorly soundproofed, I was on the 6th floor, the dining room on the 5th floor, early in the morning the sound of tables and chairs being placed below was quite noisy, I couldn't sleep. If anyone wakes up early to go out, it's okay, but my family often wakes up late so it's quite annoying.

Mr. Lam & Mr. PAY are very friendly and enthusiastic.

this hotel absolutely good , the room ,the cleanliness , especially the front desk name Lam & Pay ,they so friendly and very helpful . will be back again to this hotel when going sapa again . thankyouu for your help and kindness

The enthusiastic and thoughtful receptionist helped me book cheaper train and cable car tickets to the top of Fansipan. The day I arrived in Sapa, the weather was sunny and beautiful. It was worth the effort to book a room with a nice view ❤️❤️❤️

Initially I wanted to get a good view. But because I ordered a deluxe room, I got no view. The only downside was that when we just entered the room, the floor had just been mopped. In the end, we were wet when we entered. But it wasn't a big deal, because we just turned on the AC and we just went out again after that. When we arrived, we were already dry. Overall it was good.

The parking lot is too small and the entrance is a bit narrow so when I arrived there was no place to park.

The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly. The view is beautiful.

If so, I will stay here again.
