Advantages: The hotel is close to almost all services: food, coffee, mall, shopping, ss2 night market, convenience stores.. Friendly, enthusiastic staff... Overall very ok. Quiet. Disadvantages: the room is dusty, especially the air conditioner is very dirty, when I checked in, the TV, air conditioner, headboard were covered with a layer of dust without cleaning before? The room felt moldy from the air conditioner, unpleasant smell right when entering -> need to improve. In addition, the hotel is not like in Vietnam, no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo are provided. I stayed 5 nights and only got 2 bottles of water, and the room was not cleaned for 5 days. -> I don't know if it's because of the Malaysian style or something? But I've been to Malaysia 3 times, the previous hotels were fully equipped. Anyway, it's still ok, but the hygiene needs to be improved.

I'm shocked with the poor state of the hotel. Nothing like the beautiful photos posted. I booked a Deluxe room expecting a better room but I was told Deluxe means Double bed. Room is very small With no windows. 3 story hotel BUT no elevators.

The worst hotel I have ever stay. The room is not as per advertised. The hotel is too dirty and dusty. If you have any health issue please do not book this hotel. You can see hair in the bathroom and not a clean bathroom. Worst hotel ever. Regret booking this hotel.

In the picture show there is a massage machine .. as near as possible there are no .. pillowcases with straws and dusty water heaters !! towels are dirty

I found bedbugs/mites on my bed. Thankfully, the staff quickly gave me a new, clean room. But the night after, there is a smell of cigarettes entering my room from outside. I hope the cleanliness improves. It's a big deal for those with health problems like me.

A friend who check in for 2 nights was bitten al over by bed bugs. Do I need to say more?

Small space room, but so efficient. Had hot water but less hanger, also don't have massage equipment for this room type (basic room)

All ok. But the less is the parking, it is very difficult to get a car parking area, 5x dialing is not necessarily parking.

Good place to stay. Surrounded by all sorts of restaurant, shops & etc. All in walking distance.

We came to KL with the aim of treatment and surgery. This hotel does not have an elevator while the rooms are on the 2nd floor and above, when we enter the room, the smell of cigarettes immediately smells. This is the last time we stayed there.

Bad services! Need a extra pillow cannot, request for lowest floor but give the highest floor. Too bad

The water heater was not washed when I stayed there.

We checked in the group from 29 June to 3 July 2018. The check-in process was very long, we were forced to wait for the room to be completely empty even though it was past check-in time. Previously the room should have been prepared, but apparently not yet. There are no elevators so it's rather difficult for those who have a lot of luggage. The connection is difficult. And not automatically given mineral water in every room that extends the stay. You have to ask for it first, then you get additional mineral water. RM 10 extra charge applies if ordered via online.

Stayed here for a few times already, it’s a great budget hotel with good cleanliness although service can be improved as they forgot to give us clean towels 3 days in a row and even forgot to replace the pillowcase after they’ve removed it off the pillow. Other than that it was a great stay :)

When I checked in, the room doesn't have any towel, and I asked receptionist, then I have to wait for more than 1 hour. I think they understaffed or something, but still not a really pleasant stay. Location is quite nice though

The room space is quite okay for solo traveler and the price is cheaper compared with others.

Just an average hotel providing a good option for a business traveler to stay a night or two here, with affordable price to quality ratio. Room is quite small, but just nice with the price offered. Area is good with a lot of diners and restaurants around, but finding a slot to park your car can be very difficult especially on daylight and peak time. Grabcar and uber is a good option here. Overall is just average.
