First thing first, I've got early check in by 30 minutes at 14.30. That was really helpful for us, because we have been so tired cause of the hot weather. Ipoh was extremely hot at that time. So yeah, we're so happy we could check in already. But unfortunately our sink was clogged, so we need to call the engineer and we waited for them to come quite long around 30 minutes so we can't rest ahead. But overall the hotel was clean the room have enough space for 3 people, one thing we think need to improve was the rack. We need more space to store our things. And sometimes the bathroom smell not good from the water drain.

Overall the room is okay.. The only thing that's not okay is the parking.. The basement parking is limited.. If it's full, you have to park across the street.. If you want to cross the road.. For those with families or children, it's also dangerous because you have to cross a big road.. Because if you want to drop off and then turn around, the parking lot is also far away...

Dinner at padang terrace was good. The view is nice as well. The buffet breakfast choice was decent. Personally would not go again for the buffet breakfast.

Hotel is very nice. Easy access to Ipoh sentral area.

The rooms are very good, close to the city area. Next time I go to Ipoh, I will come back to this hotel.

Front desk respond is so poor. Called front desk couple times, none pick up.

Limited car park available at hotel basement, alternative car park lot are available at about 100 m walk, security was very nice and friendly. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Location wise was quite strategic. Overall very good stay!

Been staying here for multiple time and will be staying again for my next trip. All were good, the staffs were really good and attentive. The only thing they can improve is there was some smell coming from the bathroom. It went away after everytime the housekeeping did something. It would be better if they checked the source of it and fix it once and for all.

Only one thing, there's no minibar in the room but if you wanna store stuff such as ice pack, you can as the reception. The staff is very helpful. Everything was OK during my stay.

The room was clean and the location was close to concubine lane. It is about 1 km away from Gerbang Malam and is close to coffee shops just a short walk away (probably 200 - 500m). The location of the hotel is accessible and close to many eateries. There is a 7-11 kiosk at the lobby which makes it convenient for stayers to buy any stuff. The entrance to the car park is located at the back of the hotel and should have enough lots since it uses hydraulics to utilize the space wisely.

Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and security guards. Quick response to requests for bedroom slippers and prompt resolution of an issue with the safe locks during check-in. Overall, a positive experience, and we recommend the hotel.

The place is very clean & very comfortable, complete facilities, location near concubine lane.

Hotel still doing renovations 7-11 floors and we stay at 6th Floor. Air-Con not working well. Looby Entrance driver-way very dangerous for guest alight to and from vehicle.

The hotel is beyond my expectation. Check in is so fast, staffs are so friendly and polite. The hotel room is so comfortable. There is water dispenser on every floor. Room is clean. The location is superb, near to Concubine Lane, around 3-4 minute-walk. We can even walk to Jl. Yau Tet Shin area for dinner at Tuck Kee Restaurant.

Clean rooms, strategic location.

The room is large enough, new, right in the center. Cheap. Liked it very much and will come back next time
