We always stay here when we visit The Harry Potter Studios. The staff are brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is superb in every way. The cleanliness is on point and the leisure activities (mainly the pool for my 6yr old) are a little tired looking (changing rooms); but overall are great.

Staff was very hostile, not friendly . Spa very poor and not well kept . Not for me .

Great property stay there every two months however, the last day had extremely noisy guests with no respect for those with sleep needs after 2am

A good stay and staff were great and accommodating. Our room was in a good condition and modern, however the communal areas of the hotel could do with a deep clean. Lots of small bits of rubbish, small broken plastic bits and hair on the carpets. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods on offer, but more staff are needed at busy times to clear tables. Unfortunately, spa treatments were not available when we arrived so we will definitely book in advance the next time. Would stay again as our room was lovely.

The room was really dusty with cobwebs the phone wasn’t working properly and I ordered breakfast for 8:30 and it didn’t come till 10:30 after I called

The buffet breakfast was terrible. The toilet and sink overflowed as old and blocked. Very dated and needs a renovation.

The Christmas tree in the reception was beautiful. Unfortunately the bar shut at 11.00 due to some cleaning? The room was freezing cold! There was a small heater provided but could not keep that on as it dried up the air 😞. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in the family room was very small. Was very disappointed as felt short changed and did not get valuable for money 😞

Clean, tidy and the room had everything needed.

Average stay. The most helpful and welcoming member of staff was the chap cleaning in the spa area. A thank you for taking the time to give me directions.

It’s a little tired in quite a few areas but the staff are lovely, the place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool is a good temperature which is oddly uncommon (they’re usually bloody freezing!). Shower in room is so good I struggled to come out of it!!

Everything was great but the sauna was not working

Shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom twice in two days.

The hotel was nice however the facilities were far too busy to be used by the guests and Our room 245 smelt like sewage which as times was unbearable. There as no option to have dinner as this again was full. We did have a massage which was very nice .

Lovely overnight stay whilst touring around Colne Valley locations. Our room was newly refurbished and immaculate. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Spa facilities are fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here, and would return.

Great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable room with easy parking. Only one constructive criticism- the pillows are in need of replacing to soft hollow fibre ones.

Excellent service, staff and Spa

Overnight stay for an event held here. Comfortable rooms and bed (albeit a little overcrowded with furniture for the space), and generous shower space. I would love fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee rather than the packets, along with something other than Nescafe original powder.

A lovely hotel and very friendly staff. We had two interconnecting rooms. The toilets in each bathroom had issues, one didn’t flush and the other kept running. The view out the windows in each room was also a building site with hammering starting at 8am! Breakfast was excellent, large choice and our kids loved the pancakes!
