There are only room facilities..but still comfortable. Kids love the style of bunk beds provided. Eating is no problem, there are places nearby.

Bad rain water pipe head, TV xda remote.

Very satisfied. Towel said he wanted to send pkul 4 but pkul 5 just arrived. The bath soap is supposed to topple the next morning, but it's not over yet.

Air conditioner sometimes not working and noisy.

Towel need to collect at reception, old mattress & sheet & quilt which is out of comfort. Television with no remote control.

Because there is no additional lock, my 5 year old baby often opens the door, very unsafe.

The hotel is strategically located but their service is very unsatisfactory. Light toilet. Very slow and hot water sinks, no waste baskets in the toilet.

The heater was broken and ventilation fan in bathroom so noisy.

There is no cupboard and the price is not clear, as at the beginning I paid, the bathroom facilities, the hot water machine was broken. The water sink is small and difficult, there is no service like breakfast. Not recommended.

Went there for an overnight stay. Convenient. There's a restaurant next to it. Downside is they don't provide water kettle for rooms even though they said you can ask for it at the reception. Have to go outside at the corridor to get hot water from the water dispenser. There's only one electrical outlet, only for the TV, which was a bit inconvenient to charge our phones.

I pay for RM20 per night, but after check in the receptionist said that I pay for 2 hours only, on the web clearly said that RM20, for one night and didn't mention about how many hours for that price.

Good enough for 1 night stay. Don’t expect to much for 1 star hotel. Noisy area and dirty toilet.

Stay here since 2015 and 2016 but the condition getting worst. Bed sheet was smelly. Toilet floor dirty.

Good hotel but be careful on your booking time because i got only stay for 2 hours even though i want to stay on night. Overall, it's okay for backpackers.
