The bellboy gave excellent tourist information. And the cleaning staff greeted us, asked if we needed anything, and promptly provided whatever we needed. They were very friendly, hospitable, and lovely.

Room is quite spacious and I really like to stay in this every time I go to BKK.

The best value for money of Picnic Bangkok Hotel is its good location. There are many shopping malls within walking distance. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry service and massage parlor. The hotel has a spacious parking lot. You can leave your luggage before and after check-in/check-out to go out. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly

The hotel is clean and the price is good. The staff is lovely. And what I like the most is the uncle at the parking lot. The parking lot was full, so we had to park somewhere. But I didn't know how to put the car in neutral. The uncle waited patiently for me and my girlfriend to find a way to park. He was very lovely. And when there was a spot, the uncle immediately called us to say that there was a spot available. I was very impressed.

The highlight is the location of the hotel, very close to the shopping malls, on the opposite side of the street there is a laundry shop and 7-eleven. The room is a bit old but comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the housekeeping service is very poor. They only clean the trash can, change the towels and bath towels. There is no cleaning of the furniture in the room.

The room is very spacious. There is a living room.

Everything from the room, service, staff is great. However, the wifi used in the room is very slow. Hopefully Picnic can fix this problem.

Stayed 4 days, on one of the days I was placed in the room facing the main road, it's super noisy and not soundproof. Asked for room exchange, and the receptionist is so nice that she got my new room ready by the time I was back at the hotel at night. Free breakfast food is great, service is very great, room is comfortable. I might be back

I had a good time here, the hotel room is nice and the AC is working well. The check-in process is fast, and they also offer to keep our luggage after checking out. I will definitely come back when I visit Thailand again.

Because there is a WSC, I stayed here which is close to the King Power location so I just walked to the location. Thank you for your help in opening the room on the day before returning home without charging.

I was very statisfied when I was there, but a little bit feedback for housekeeping staff to pay attention more when they clean up room. I saw still a dust in the few corner over the room area, evenmore for general still clean. Thank you.

The luggage staff is very friendly, enthusiastically supporting and suggesting destinations for you to visit. The room is clean, comfortable, and convenient. From the hotel, moving to the center is easy.

It's unbelievable that even though I had confirmed via email about the extra bed for the 5th person and it was confirmed, when I checked in, the receptionist had no information about this. The funny and unacceptable thing is that they arranged 2 rooms for us on 2 different floors, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 5th floor! When I proactively asked if I could have a room next to each other the next day, they arranged it for me; you should have been proactive instead of letting me ask, the service is so bad! For breakfast, I could only eat eggs and some fruits, the quality of the rest was poor. The only plus point is that the bellman (sorry I forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. I give 2/5 points, plus 1 point because I forgot something and he kept it for me. The hotel location is really good so I am really disappointed with the service I received, you guys can definitely do better!

Stayed 1 night on 11/8/24, Standard Room Only 1 room. The room is considered usable. The room is old, level 1, suitable for the price. Booked through the Traveloka app for less than a thousand. The bathroom smells from the pipe. The room has complete amenities, considered appropriate. But the room I got on the 5th floor (522) is very hard to find because it is divided into 2 buildings, 2 sides, even-numbered rooms, odd-numbered rooms. If you don't notice carefully, it will be very difficult to find a room. It's confusing. Downstairs there is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is good, suitable for the price paid, not too expensive. The location of the hotel is near places to walk to find food. There are many places to eat. Near 7-11, massage shops, near the park, not far from BTS, just a short walk.

Clean. Nice staffs. Good location near bts victoria Monument. Nice breakfast.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and the facilities work well, the location is very strategic (near Pratunam market) and BTS station, the breakfast menu is varied.
